Michael tested for his red tip on Saturday. It was a grueling test for him. He is 2 belts away (1.5 years) from his first black belt test. During this test, he had to run the gauntlet for the first time. Basically, spar with one opponent and then the instructor would yell, "switch" and another opponent would jump on top of him. Then, he had to spar with his instructor. All this to begin to prepare him for that black belt test.
