Chess is not a passing fad in this household. We go to chess club at least once a week and tournaments at least once a month.
Last Saturday, Tera and Daniel were in a library chess tournament. Daniel came in 1st place with 3.5 out of 4 wins. Tera tied for 2nd place with 3 out of 4 wins.
Even Michael is starting to be more interested in playing...
Last week, the kids finished up their persuasive paper assignments in writing. The topics? Both chess related! I love that they have a productive hobby that they all enjoy so much!
