I discovered a delicious icing recipe for Michael's birthday cake:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 stick softened butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Beat until smooth.
Add in 1 (8 oz.) container thawed Cool Whip (fold in); mix until well blended.  

This recipe must be refrigerated.  

Easy and very yummy!
