30 days of bread: Blueberry Pancakes

I found this one on 

1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. white sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup frozen blueberries, thawed

Sift together dry ingredients.  Beat together egg and milk, then stir into dry ingredients.  Mix in the butter and fold in blueberries.  Set aside for 1 hour.

Heat your griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.   Using 1/4 cup measuring cup, pour batter onto griddle. Brown both sides.
